Benedictine High School

The term “Booster” is usually associated with organizations whose main purpose is to support the school’s

athletic programs.   At Benedictine, the Booster Club

strives to support ALL “Men of Benedictine,"  whether they choose to participate in sports, student government, band, school newspaper or any of the many opportunities open to “Men of Benedictine.”

Purpose

The Purpose of the Benedictine Booster Club is to support Benedictine High School and its programs.  It shall sponsor fund-raising activities for the benefit of the school and of the entire student body and to help defray the cost of activities.  To achieve this purpose, it shall coordinate its programs with that of the various departments of the school.  It shall in no way interfere with or dictate policy to any of these departments.

The Benet Society

The Benet Society functions as a committee under the

auspice of the Benedictine Booster Club.  The mission of the Benet Society is to enhance and further the spirit and reputation of Benedictine High School by providing a sense of community and encouraging volunteerism through selected service and altruistic projects.

Membership

Membership is open to all who share an interest in promoting the general welfare of Benedictine High School, its programs and its students.  Parents and guardians of students, alumni and their families and faculty are invited.  Board meetings are open; please check for meeting times and dates.

Meetings are generally held at 7:15 pm on the first Monday of each month in the BHS conference room.
